Waste Processing & Recycling

Waste-to-Value Solutions

ReSource Waste Services is a regional leader in material recovery, recycling and repurposing. ReSource utilizes specialized processing systems and technology at each of its facilities, making use of state-of-the-art equipment and trained personnel to maximize the production of reusable materials. The company’s processing systems sort and remove materials that are recovered and manufactured into highly-sought-after recycled products.

As a result of its investment in technology and strategically located facilities, ReSource has the flexibility to creatively direct suitable waste to each facility within its portfolio. For example, loads with a high concentration of wood are best suited to be processed at ReSource’s Epping, NH facility, as that facility specializes in wood recovery and is one of the largest producers of recovered wood in the region. Loads with a high concentration of metals are best suited to be directed to ReSources’s Salem, NH facility, as that operation is equipped to maximize the recovery and enhancement of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Two of ReSource’s processing facilities – in Roxbury, MA and Lewiston, ME -have been certified by the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI). If a contractor is working on a project that is seeking LEED green-building certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the contractor will earn credits toward that certification by delivering the C&D debris generated by the project to an RCI-certified facility.

LEED construction projects, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, are required to meet minimum recycling rates for their waste. We are proud to play a part in our region’s progress toward sustainable construction and development. Verified sustainability is becoming more and more important to project developers, architects, owners, environmental groups and government agencies.

Exceptional Safety Record

ReSource is proud of its safety-first culture. Due to a robust, behavior-based safety program, its health and safety record is consistently better than industry benchmarks.

State-of-the-Art Equipment

The company operates a fleet of well-maintained equipment, including excavators, loaders, and over-the-road tractor/trailers. The processing systems make use of a variety of different technologies, including magnets, grinders, trommels, de-stoners, shaker tables, hammer mills, eddy current separators and wash tanks.

Manufacturing Mentality

ReSource’s processing systems use adjustable components that allow the company to quickly and efficiently change the outbound material mix to meet the evolving standards of the company’s end markets. ReSource has a manufacturing mentality when processing waste material, ensuring quality and consistency of the products produced for its customers.

Ample Infrastructure and Capacity for Growth

ReSource’s facilities are strategically located in population-dense areas. The company’s customer base is broad and stable, and the company has the flexibility and permitted ability to scale operations as business opportunities arise.
