Our Facilities

ReSource Ware

ReSource’s facility in Ware received its site assignment permit from the Town of Ware in 2003 and received its Authorization to Operate from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection in 2006. The facility had several owners/operators over the years and was acquired by our company in 2019. The facility serves as a consolidation site for C&D residuals from ReSource’s other facilities, and utilizes an on-site rail system to ship those residuals to landfills. The facility also accepts an incidental amount of a C&D materials from the local community.

The facility employs five individuals but also supports indirect jobs associated with the haulers who deliver waste to the facility. Additional jobs in the region are tied to local goods and services related to the facility.

Leadership Team

ReSource Ware's leadership team is among the industry’s most experienced in the management of recycling and waste management systems.

C&D Processing System

The Ware facility is designed to allow the efficient transfer of C&D debris and residues from inbound trucks to outbound rail cars for transport to out-of-area landfills.

1

Initial Processing

Inbound materials are delivered and stockpiled inside the transfer building.

2

Material is "Kick-Sorted"

Prior to loading into rail cars, the material is ‘kick-sorted’ using front-end loaders and excavators to remove and recover incidental amounts of metals and wood.

3

Directed to NH Facilities

These recovered materials are directed to ReSource Waste Service’s facilities in New Hampshire for further processing prior to delivery to end-markets.

Dumpster Rental Services

ReSource Ware provides dumpster rental services to businesses and residents located in Western Massachusetts needing to dispose of waste from clean-outs and construction projects. Please call us at 877-586-0436 or email us at dumpsters@resource-waste.com to discuss your project.

Inventory & Service Time

We own a full inventory of 15-, 20-, 30- and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters to meet your disposal needs. Our dumpster rental service is available Monday-Friday and Saturday until noon.

Rental Period & Fee

The typical rental length is seven days, but we can work with you on longer rentals if needed. The cost of your rental will depend on the dumpster size, your location, the length of the rental, and the type of material you need to dispose. Please call 877-586-0436 or email dumpsters@resource-waste.com to discuss your project.

Commingled C&D Waste is Allowed

Because our company processes C&D debris and recycles all material that can be reused, you can commingle your waste and we will ensure that all recyclable material is recovered. Waste that is considered hazardous is not allowed in the dumpster, and we will be happy to discuss your personal disposal needs.

Ideal Placement

Our dumpsters have steel wheels that can damage driveways and leave ruts on lawns. For those reasons, we recommend that you place the dumpster on your driveway or parking lot on top of boards that will protect the asphalt surface. If you need to borrow boards from us, just let us know.

Permit Information

ReSource Ware is permitted as a C&D Handling Facility by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Its annual permitted capacity is 214,500 tons.
